Another of our five core values is outreach. Are you reaching out to others with God’s love? When is the last time you mentioned Jesus, God, or your faith, in a conversation with someone who is not a follower of Christ? When outreach is missing from our daily lives, the Gospel of Christ somehow becomes less real to us. The excitement of seeing people cross the line to saving faith is missing. The Christian life becomes less of on adventure than it should be.
Do you grasp the passionate heart of God to reach people with redeeming love? Sharing the story—God’s story or your faith story, adds excitement, adventure and fulfillment to our Christian experience. It pushes us beyond ourselves because we begin to see people around us the way God does. Each day then, becomes filled with opportunity, as God brings people into our lives.
